If you are selling a house we will supply your buyers with a detailed package about your house enabling them to proceed quickly.

If you are buying property, once we have contracts, search results and a mortgage offer (if necessary) we will supply you with a detailed and bound report, giving you as much information as possible about your new house.

Throughout your sale or purchase, we will liaise regularly with both you and your estate agent to ensure that everyone is kept fully up to date at all times.

Mortgages

We are on the approved panel of all major banks and building societies and can also assist you with remortgages. Fixed prices will be given.

We always prefer to meet with you in person to discuss your transaction but can provide a postal or electronic service if necessary.
