Jaki Fairbrother qualified as a Solicitor in 1987 in Northamptonshire, moving to Bracknell in 1994. Jaki heads the Non-Contentious Department at Fairbrother & Darlow. She has overall responsibility for residential Conveyancing and Wills and Probate. She also advises elderly clients and can assist with the making of Lasting Powers of Attorney and applying to the Court of Protection, where necessary.

Douglas Darlow qualified in 1989 and has practised as a family solicitor in Reading and Bracknell. He heads the Litigation Department covering divorce, financial settlements, disputes relating to children, injunctions and care proceedings. He is a member of the Solicitors Regulation Authority’s Family Panel and has been a member of the Children Panel since 1993. He also works in criminal litigation, advising clients at police stations and representing them in Court. He is a member of the Criminal Litigation Accreditation Scheme and is a practising Duty Solicitor.
