Established in Bracknell in 1997, Fairbrother & Darlow are family lawyers who have been serving the needs of clients for over 25 years. We can assist with most legal matters which may affect you and your family, including:

The Team
Jaki Fairbrother
Partner
Jaki Fairbrother qualified as a Solicitor in 1987 and heads the Non-Contentious Department at Fairbrother & Darlow.
She has overall responsibility for Residential Conveyancing and Wills and Probate. She can assist with the making of Lasting Powers of Attorney and in applying to the Court of Protection, where necessary.
Douglas Darlow
Partner
Douglas Darlow qualified as a Solicitor in 1989 and practises as a family solicitor in Reading and Bracknell, heading the Family Department.
He has been an accredited member of the Law Society Children Panel since 1993. He is also a member of Resolution.
Ruth Kilpatrick
Solicitor
Ruth Kilpatrick qualified as a Solicitor in 2009 and practises as a family solicitor in Bracknell.
Ruth is an accredited member of the Law Society Children Panel.
